Refund Policy

- Change and cancellation policy: 60% when canceled 5 days before arrival, 50% when canceled 4 days before, 0% before 2 days before refund 

- 5% cancellation fee / penalty fee and cancellation fee are charged based on the settlement amount

- Cancellation and change are only allowed before 17:00 Monday to Friday.

- Cancellation after 17 o'clock is recognized as canceling the next day.
